About Catherine Rose
The natural world was enchanting to me as a child. I called it “magic” and knew I wanted to spread it. Yet, by the time I reached middle school, I had been put on pharmaceuticals. By high school, I was entrenched in addiction, rebellion, and set on escaping my reality. I attended my first wilderness therapy program at 16 and reconnected with that magic, for the first time since early childhood. I have been passionate about the healing power of the natural world ever since.
My life has been characterized by that of the wounded healer archetype - meeting my “wounding” and learning to heal it over and over again. I’ve battled addiction, disordered eating, suicidal thinking, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and severe environmental and energetic sensitivities. I’ve been through various therapeutic programs, centers, workshops, quests, courses, trainings, rituals, and ceremonies. I’ve spent over a year living in the wilderness, devoted hours daily to rewiring my brain from illness, and lived through a multi-year pilgrimage, devoted to my own healing.
I have not only studied healing, I have lived it. And my varied passions have led me deep into the many healing subjects and modalities listed below.
Just as intimately as I know how it feels to be in pain, I know how it feels to transform and rise out of it. I know what it’s like to truly meet your shadows and transform them into your greatest gifts. EVERYTHING can be healed… it just depends on how you approach it.
In 2019 I began practicing as an earth-based life coach and Ecotherapist. While I was so in love with this work, the most powerful and moving sessions were those that involved Soul connection. This lead me into the world of Intuitive Counseling in 2022.
Today, I feel blessed to have studied and trained with various masters, to have cultivated a wide variety of powerful tools, and to now be able to offer them to others. I am in awe of the the process of healing and transformation and deeply moved by the miracles I get to witness through Soul connection.
I will meet you with curiosity, open-mindedness, creativity, and love. I will hold the highest expression of you during and in between our sessions.
It is my greatest honor to be with you and support you on your evolutionary journey.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
– Clarissa Pinkola Estes
